Dan Austin is the Managing Broker of the original Bob Parks Realty office – Murfreesboro Northfield. He manages over 100 agents in the heart of Rutherford County. Dan is a graduate of MTSU. He obtained his Affiliate Broker’s license in 1976 and his Broker’s license in 1978.
Dan sold residential real estate for 15 years, held a Contractor’s license for 15 years and built over 100 single family homes. Furthermore, Dan did appraisals for mortgage companies for 10 years. Having earned the CRB (Certified Residential Broker Designation), Dan has spent the last twelve years managing the Bob Parks Northfield office.
He has been married for 35 years and has three children, as well as three Yorkshire Terriers. His favorite hobby is playing golf.
