Virginia Douglass, Managing Broker of the Brentwood Office, has been active in the real estate industry for over 40 years. After moving to Nashville, she continued her real estate career selling new construction and closed 52 homes her first year. She is a life-time member of both the Greater National Association of Realtors® and the Williamson County Association of Realtors® Million Dollar Clubs.
Virginia has been active in new construction and development working with many of Middle Tennessee’s top builders and developers. Over the years she has developed many loyal clients and friends through her resale and relocation business. Having been transferred to Nashville with her husband, she understands the demands of relocating.
Bob Parks convinced Virginia five years ago to write a new chapter in her real estate career – Managing Broker. Virginia immediately realized she loved her work as Managing Broker as real estate has been a long-time love and assisting and working with the 60+ agents in her office is so rewarding.
She and her husband, J.D., moved to Brentwood 32 years ago and have enjoyed watching and being part of the growth in Williamson County. They have two daughters, two sons-in law, four grandchildren and one spoiled dog. She is the first to tell you what a great place Middle Tennessee is to live and raise a family.
